The hotel is beautiful, in the heart of Santa Cruz. Our room was very nice, loved the little chocolates. The breakfast was very good with options for every palate.

Breakfast was excellent, complete with a live music performance! The hotel is well-located in the centre of Santa Cruz and really celebrates Chilean culture and traditions. Wonderful. Beautiful location as well, as well as the interior and exterior of the hotel, offering many places to relax and enjoy.

The hotel is a perfect way to see Santa Cruz, the museum which is fantastic and other vineyards. Nice wine-tasting room (we didn't do any) and nice gift shops. The breakfast was huge and varied, very good coffee. We enjoyed the setting but needs a few more cozy sitting areas in winter or in the pouring rain, which we experienced since it was very early spring. In the evening, we had decent pizzas by the fireplace. The heating in the rooms was very good.

Cool historic hotel in the heart of the pueblo. Lots of vintage style throughout with old school, elegant service from the staff. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel is in a kind of complex, with many on-site amenities. Breakfast is a huge buffet with all the best Colchagua has to offer. Restaurant is quite good. Pool, spa, etc.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, superb breakfast which has a vast range of foods to cater for, almost, everyone. It is effectively and efficiently run and constantly refreshed. We have travelled widely and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. There is a mix of clientele from tourists, families and business people. The room we had in the front block was spacious and comfortable. We had a view of the distant hills and it was peaceful. They have parking on site which is a bonus as the hotel is situated on the Plaza de Armas. They have a valet parking system and may need to park your car but this, again, is efficiently organised. There is a lovely pool and if you want a flutter, the casino is also on site, free to guests. The staff from reception to concierge to cleaning are first class.

I traveled with my mom and it was exactly what we were hoping for on this leg of our trip. The location was great (10 minutes walk to bus station, great restaurants) and staff was friendly. The quality of the room and amenities met the value. The pool, steam room, and sauna were nice as well especially given the weather.
